3 Cheese Bread at Cummins Mill
- 600g Cummins Milling Soft White Bread Premix
- 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
- 600ml water
- 50g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 25g cheddar cheese (grated) Can be replaced with Tasty cheese if required.
- 25g mozzarella cheese (grated)
Place all ingredients in the bread machine.
Set the machine on normal setting.
If the bread starts to collapse after baking cut back the mozzarella cheese or replace with a less ‘fatty’ cheese, like feta.
