Olive Bread by Cummins Mill
Ingredients
- 600g Cummins Milling Crusty White Bread Premix
- 360 ml water
- 1 ½ teaspoons of dry yeast
- 2 green onions (shallots), thinly sliced
- 1 cup of pitted Kalamata olives, halved
Method
Place the bread mix, water and yeast in the bread machine.
Let the dough mix for the first 20 minutes (depending on bread machine).
Add the olives and green onions (if you add the olives too soon they will break up and discolour the dough).
Let the bread machine finish the cycle.
